Life gets busy. I get that. Often most of us want to say “I don’t have time”. Try replacing “I don’t have time to go to the doctor” with ” My personal health is not a priority”. How does that make you feel? What if you told someone that you care about that you didn’t call them back because they aren’t a priority? It’d hurt their feelings right? Try taking at least 30 minutes a day or even a few times a week to start off, to do something that is meaningful to you or someone else. We all of a choice of how we spend our time. If you don’t like it. Change it! Here are some ideas:
- Call someone you love
- Get up a few minutes earlier than normal
- Learn to listen
- Crank up the music and dance!
- Go for a walk
- Go the long way home
- TURN OFF THE TECHNOLOGY
